"Ezo pork" is raised for a long period of time in Hopeland, Hokkaido, Tokachi, on 100% domestic feed made from food waste, and is allowed to graze completely 365 days a year.These are healthy pigs raised in a circular agriculture system where the pigs bring fertilizer to the fields.The fat has a lower melting point than game meat, and is characterized by its melt-in-the-mouth texture and ease of digestion.We also offer homemade sausages and ham made from the same pork.
